Whether you are a new or returning family to WGES, we are glad that you are here! The WGES PTO is an active, volunteer-run organization that works to enhance the overall educational environment by promoting volunteerism, encouraging parental involvement, and raising funds for additional resources that benefit all students.

Follow these steps to stay informed and see how you may participate in all of the exciting things happening at Walnut Grove Elementary!

This site empowers the PTO to accept purchases, complete paperwork, and coordinate our volunteer efforts — all online. Registering on this site means you will have access to the school directory, you'll be able to register and pay for WGES Events.

3. VOLUNTEER

Walnut Grove Elementary School is successful because of its families, teachers, and staff! Volunteering your time helps us meet the needs of our school, our teachers, and our students. Without wonderful volunteers like you, many PTO-sponsored events would not be possible! We have opportunities for everyone, whether you have five minutes or five hours, whether you can come into the school or need to work from home, whether you can participate once in a while or on an ongoing basis. We love our volunteers and appreciate their skills, creativity, and effort.

Please note membership is for one school-year term. You must renew your membership each school year.

Back to School Forms available through July 11th!

Back to School Forms for the 2025-26 school year will be available May 23 for families of all returning WCS students.

This quick process will help the district determine both staffing and student schedules before the fall semester begins.

To access the forms, families will need to log into their Skyward account on a desktop or laptop computer. Directions to reset a password are available on the district website.

Once logged in, there will be a link for the Back-to-School Forms for each returning student. After completing each step, click the "Submit" button to finalize the form's submission.

The deadline to complete the forms will be Friday, July 11.

If you have a new student entering WCS, and you've completed the New Student Online Enrollment process for 2025-2026, you will not be prompted to complete duplicate forms.

If your student will not be attending WCS for the 2025-26 school year, please reach out to the school directly to take the necessary steps in completing the withdrawal process.
