All parents, grandparents, staff, teachers, and community members are welcome.

 

The Walnut Grove PTO supports school programs and events, assists teachers and school staff, and raises funds to improve our school and provide additional educational opportunities. 

 

 


We work hard to come up with ideas to bring fun, community-building activities to our school and support our hard-working faculty, staff, parents, and students.

 

Joining the PTO is a great way to stay in the know about your school, but it doesn't require that you volunteer your time. However, we would love for you to share your time if you're able and offer many volunteer opportunities throughout the year.

What does the PTO do?

The PTO encourages interaction between families and Walnut Grove, serving as a source of support for teachers, staff, and our community.

 

What does PTO membership require?

As a member, you can be as involved as little or as much as you wish whether through your gifts of time, talent or donations! Members are invited to monthly board meetings but are not required to attend. Be sure to follow the weekly Grizzly Blast email for volunteer opportunities throughout the year.

Membership helps you to stay in the know, get involved, support our school and get to know other members of our school community.

 

Where do membership dues go?

The $10 annual membership dues are given back to the school to supplement approved programs, tools and supplies, such as school technology improvements, classroom carpets and playground equipment. Membership includes a complimentary copy of the School Student/Staff Directory.
